I think it's safe to say that sticking to a healthy routine can be challenging for all of us every now and again. Believe it or not, there are many simple little things that can help you stick to it. It all started back in June of 2018. My sister and I once again decided to plan a trip. We both love hiking and camping. We’ve all been told by our parents “Stand up straight” or “Keep your head up” and “Stop slouching!” (at least I’ve heard it anyway). Of course, they were right. Growing up - I didn't have great posture. A lot of it had to do with fact that I grew up being anxious (I was a very stressed out, hyperactive little ball of fire).
