Recipe : Easy Protein Pancake
This is definitely one of my favorite pancake recipes. If you are looking for a healthy sweet treat, this is the simplest and most tasty I can think of.
Ingredients (1 portion)
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon powder
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter/ Almond Butter
Directions
1. Mix rolled oats, egg whites, vanilla protein, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl until mixture looks well blended.
2. Pour into a pan (medium heat) lightly sprayed with cooking oil and flip when you notice a golden color on the bottom of the pancake.
3. Once cooked, spread 1 tbsp. of peanut butter over the pancake, then add mixed berries on top.
4. Enjoy!
