Our planet is sadly going through a lot at this time. It's had all of us take a step back from work and for some of us; even from friend and family. We are living in more solitude than we probably ever have and ever will. If you are like me, staying home can get boring very quickly. However, it's allowed me to do the things that I no longer "had enough time for" (this blog is a great example of that). So I thought that spreading some good stuff on here may help others not feel so lonely during these...

I think it's safe to say that sticking to a healthy routine can be challenging for all of us every now and again. Believe it or not, there are many simple little things that can help you stick to it. And if you've fallen off the band wagon, don't worry. You can get right back on it. I've said this before and will say it many times more - this journey is not about anyone else but yourself. Don't compare to anyone else and just do your best (like my dad would say).

1) Star...

It all started back in June of 2018. My sister and I once again decided to plan a trip. We both love hiking and camping. I wouldn't say we're "experienced" hikers, but you could say we're pretty nifty when it comes to the outdoors. Needless to say, we love adventures. So we started by inspiring ourselves through Instagram and Pinterest posts. This helped us outline our agenda for the trip. Jessica (my sister - for those who may not know), had a few "bucket list" items already in mind - so that helped...

It's now mid summer and most of us have already went through the "...this is as good as my bikini body is gonna get - may as well try again next year" phase. However, I think this we shouldn't have this attitude. Remember that getting "lean" or "fit" should be a lifestyle. What this means is that whether it's winter, spring, summer or fall, we should always be conscious and wary of our health. So even if you haven't reached your beach body goals this year - doesn't mean you should let everything go a...

We’ve all been told by our parents “Stand up straight” or “Keep your head up” and “Stop slouching!” (at least I’ve heard it anyway). Of course, they were right. Growing up - I didn't have great posture. A lot of it had to do with fact that I grew up being anxious (I was a very stressed out, hyperactive little ball of fire). Thankfully, my parents encouraged me to do sports – which kept me somewhat in line (attitude wise as well as with my posture).

Now that I’m a working young adult, I see why posture...

Okay. So now that I’m 25 – people have started asking me… you know. The question everybody knows after you hit 25: “Marriage?” “Kids?” “Your long-term career goals?”. Yes... these questions.

Just though I'd let you know that it is ok to be single at 25, mostly to the one's that are still kicking around solo. In my opinion, there is somewhat of a stigma around this subject – and the truth of the matter is that it doesn’t matter (at all) where you are at in life at 25. What truly matters is that you are...
